Vince Cavasin

Vince has held leadership positions in marketing at Infosys, CA Technologies, and Belmont Trading Company and has been consulting with electronics recycling companies for the past five years. He is responsible for all of ITeC Solutions’ global marketing activities.

Michael has over two decades of experience in operations and supply chain roles in the recycling and manufacturing industries, and is responsible for global business development leadership at ITeC. Prior to joining ITeC, he held executive positions at Jabil, Solectron Automotive Group, iQor, and Saturn Electronics & Engineering.
Kitty Tong

Asia Operations
Kitty has worked with several of the leading global electronics recycling and refurbishing companies over the past 20 years. She currently leads all operational activities for ITeC Solutions in Asia and specializes in finding creative battery disposition solutions in Asian markets.
Joey Tong

Business Development
Joey brings a decade of experience in the financial services industry to the battery recycling industry. He is responsible for all of ITeC Solutions’ business development efforts in Asia including identifying downstream partners and developing innovative disposition strategies.
Tucker Wildermuth

Operations
Tucker has thirty years of experience in operations and supply chain roles in the recycling and manufacturing industries, and is responsible for US Operations at ITeC. Prior to joining ITeC Solutions, Tucker held leadership positions at ReCellular and Motorola Solutions.
Norbert Salek
Director, Eastern Europe
Operations & Business Dev.
Norbert has more than 15 years of experience in business development in Eastern Europe, and more than 5 years of experience in the electronics and battery recycling industries. He is responsible for both Business Development in Eastern Europe and for the Operations of our Czech Republic facility.
Jerry Wan

Operations
Jerry has worked in the battery development, battery recycling, and consumer electronics product development industry for more than five years. He is responsible for managing operational partners in Asia.
